Annual Dues Structure

Associate Membership (non-voting)
$140.00 for any individual. Must be a Fraser Valley resident who does not own a business.

Umbrella Membership (i.e. real estate agents, massage therapists, ski instructors, etc.)
$171.00 for any individual. A special membership for an individual who is currently working at a current chamber member business, but who wants to market their service separately.

Non-Profit Membership
$171.00 per non-profit membership.

Add $80 per million in total assets.

Lodging
Base Investment (1-12 rooms)...$341.00
13 rooms or more add: $7.00 per single room unit
Multi Room Unit add: $12.00 per room
(A single room unit includes hotel rooms, or studios. Multi-room units are one or more bedroom units.)

Professional (Real Estate, Doctors, Dentists, Attorneys, Accountants, Engineers)

Includes first professional staff and first support staff. Add $55.00 per each full-time staff.

Restaurant
Base Investment (1-25 seats).....$341.00
26 seats or more, add $7.00 per seat.

Retail (If you have more than one location, add the total amount of square feet for all locations - sales floor only)

Over 2000 square feet...$450.00 + $.15 per each sq. ft over 2000
